Payment and confirmation
Every booking is subject to availability. Card payments are accepted for tours booked at least 15 days in advance. For a closer departure, booking is available only by confirmed bank transfer.

Cancellation and bad weather
Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If URRU Tours cancels because of bad weather, port closure, safety concerns or another operational reason, you may change the date or receive a full refund.
