Before booking

Child fare: ages 3–10. Adult fare: age 11 and over. National rates require valid Mexican ID.

Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If URRU Tours cancels because of bad weather, port closure, safety concerns or another operational reason, you may change the date or receive a full refund.
